This front frame brace fits the Axial SCX10 II chassis and is supplied as model JR-AS209. The aluminum component is designed to reinforce the front rails, cutting down flex and stabilising steering inputs during slow, technical crawling and rough trail sections.
Installation generally uses the SCX10 II's existing mounting points and factory fasteners; the part may replace or supplement the stock front support depending on your rig. When installed, the brace moves load through the alloy structure rather than through molded rail sections, which helps the steering remain more consistent over obstacles.
Tuning note: this item is a chassis stiffening upgrade not a suspension geometry change. Expect a firmer front response and crisper steering feel. After fitting, verify fastener torque following a short break-in to avoid wear between mating surfaces.
