This aluminium rear hub carrier replaces the factory part on the Tamiya DT-03 chassis, delivering a machined metal mounting point for the rear wheel hub that preserves original geometry while increasing rigidity and stability.

Fitment is a standard DT-03 service task: remove the original carrier, transfer bearings and small components as needed, bolt the replacement into the existing mounting points, and verify suspension travel and wheel alignment. Typical hand tools such as hex keys and an axle wrench are all that is required.

Functionally the carrier serves as a more rigid anchor for rear suspension and steering linkages, helping alignment stay consistent under load and providing a repeatable pivot for tuning. The orange anodised finish also helps with quick visual checks during rebuilds.
