The JR-DT303-GR rear shock tower is crafted from aluminum for the TAMIYA DT-03 RC chassis and supplied with a green anodized surface. It replaces the stock plastic tower to reduce mounting flex and help keep shock geometry more consistent in dynamic driving situations.

Fitting is intended for DT-03 style rear shock attachments and the tower uses the vehicle's existing mounting points and fasteners for installation. This is an aftermarket scale part and is not presented as an OEM full-vehicle modification.

To install, remove the original tower, move shocks and any reusable hardware across, seat the aluminum tower into the chassis, and secure per the chassis mounting bosses. Ensure correct thread engagement and use balanced torque to avoid damaging plastic threads.

As part of a tuning program the tower is useful when aiming for a firmer rear response or increasing the robustness of the shock mount area. After fitting, review damper and spring settings and adjust as necessary to achieve the desired handling.
