Red Anodised Precision C-Hub

This red anodised aluminium front C-hub is intended as a direct replacement for the TAMIYA Thunder Shot, Thunder Dragon, Fire Dragon and Terra Scorcher 1/10 buggies. It replaces the stock plastic unit to provide a firmer steering pivot and more consistent handling when tuning or driving.

Fitment: installs into the original steering knuckle area and acts as the forward pivot for the front suspension, affecting toe and steering geometry while working with the standard arms and knuckles. The mounting pattern matches the factory layout for easy swap-in.

Installation: use the vehicle’s existing fasteners, confirm alignment before final tightening, and consider a light thread locker for metal fasteners if you frequently run rough surfaces. After fitting, check steering freeplay and adjust linkages to maintain the handling you want.

Tuning: upgrading to an aluminium C-hub helps maintain alignment under load and can sharpen front-end response, useful when calibrating steering sensitivity or when running firmer springs or increased damping.
