Direct-fit front upright for TAMIYA

This red-anodized aluminum upright is a replacement for TAMIYA Hornet, Grasshopper, Grasshopper II, Fast Attack Vehicle, Wild One, F104 and F103 chassis. It keeps the factory mounting layout while offering a firmer metal replacement for the stock plastic knuckle.

Installation requires removing the original upright, transferring hinge pins or bushings as needed, and securing this part to the factory mounting points. Typically no chassis modifications are necessary on the listed models, but confirm steering-link clearance during fit-up.

As an upgrade it reduces knuckle flex and sharpens steering feedback; combine with appropriate shocks, tyre choice and alignment to dial in handling on sealed or packed surfaces.
