TA-01 Aftermarket C-Hub Details

This RC-scale aftermarket set replaces the stock plastic C-hubs on the Tamiya TA-01 chassis with red aluminum parts intended to provide a firmer steering pivot and improved front-end geometry stability under load. They are intended for TA-01 maintenance and tuning tasks.

Installation is a direct replacement: remove the factory hubs from the steering knuckles, mount the aluminum units in place, and verify wheel hub clearance and suspension travel. Recheck toe and camber following installation since stiffer hubs can change alignment characteristics; use the standard TA-01 alignment procedures to refine steering feel.

The aluminum hubs primarily reduce flex at the steering pivot and supply a more durable mounting surface than typical plastic, which helps preserve alignment when altering steering link lengths or shock settings for tuning sessions.
