Front gearbox lower in aluminium

This aluminium front gearbox lower half fits TAMIYA TA01, TA02 and DF01 RC chassis and features a light blue anodized finish. Replacing the plastic lower shell, the aluminium case increases rigidity and acts as an aftermarket upgrade to improve front drivetrain consistency during setup and track use.

Installation is a direct swap requiring basic front gear assembly disassembly. Use appropriate hex drivers and maintain original gear alignment and bearing placements when fitting the aluminium lower case. Intended for model-scale RC use only.

The stiffer lower half reduces flex under load and provides a stable mounting surface for the front drivetrain, which helps make gear mesh and suspension adjustments more consistent without changing gear ratios or motor components.
