Aftermarket aluminum hub adapter for Tamiya

This red anodized aluminum adapter is made for Tamiya Thunder shot, Thunder Dragon, Fire Dragon and Terra Scorcher 1/10 buggies. Supplied as two pieces, it replaces the stock plastic contact to deliver a metal mating surface for more consistent wheel fitment and setup work.

Function overview: fitted as the direct wheel interface on the listed Tamiya platforms, the adapter helps reduce play from soft or worn plastic hubs and improves repeatability during alignment and handling adjustments. It is a chassis-level hop-up and not intended for drivetrain duties.

Installation guidance: remove the wheel and original hub following your chassis instructions, slide the adapter onto the axle or hex stub as applicable, secure with the existing hardware, then confirm wheel runout and free rotation before testing. Re-check tightness after initial running.
