This black aluminum front damper stay is manufactured to suit the Tamiya TT-02B and is designated model JR-TT2B06-BK. The part replaces the standard plastic front damper mounting area with a more rigid aluminum mounting surface.

In use the stay helps stabilise damper geometry under load, making damping and related tuning adjustments more consistent during practice or track use. It is positioned as a tuning accessory to reduce unwanted flex between the shock tops and the chassis.
